When you join the buyer list, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and selected markets.

When you submit the interested-buyer form on a deal page, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the deal slug, and a browser visitor ID.

Deal-page analytics may include a browser visitor ID, referrer, user agent, event type, and timestamp. We use this information to understand deal-page activity and contact interest.

Browser storage and rate limiting

Our deal pages use browser localStorage to keep a visitor ID and remember whether you submitted or dismissed a deal prompt. This supports analytics and helps us avoid showing the same prompt repeatedly.

IP addresses are used transiently for rate limiting and are not stored by the application.

How we use information

• Send requested off-market property alerts and deal updates.
• Respond when a buyer asks about a property.
• Operate, protect, and improve our websites and deal pages.
• Measure page activity and prevent abuse.

Service providers

We use hosting and database providers, an email service, and a text-messaging platform to operate Off Market Daily. These providers process information for us to deliver their services.

An AI provider may process property photos and limited deal facts to generate photo labels and property descriptions. This is property data, not buyer personal information.

Sharing and sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for targeted advertising.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We may disclose information to service providers working for us, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect Off Market Daily, our users, or others.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Retention

• Buyer-list and interested-buyer information is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Visitor analytics is kept for 24 months.
• Staff-account information is kept for the duration of employment.

Email and text choices

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Use the unsubscribe link in an email to stop marketing emails. You may also contact deals@offmarketdaily.com.

Access, correction, and deletion

Email deals@offmarketdaily.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity. We will fulfill verified requests within 45 days, subject to legal exceptions.

California residents may have the right to know what personal information is collected, access it, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service without discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
